This course will review local coverage determination (L35041/L36377) covers skin substitute grafts/cellular and tissue-based products for the treatment of diabetic foot ulcers and venous leg ulcers in the Medicare population. It was developed to be consistent with current evidence. We will review coverage guidance, limitations, billing and coding guidelines.
